Pre-Appointment -Things to Know

Please be sure to read the description of the styles selected for services. No children or extra company allowed, unless being serviced. All services will start at the appointed time unless discussed otherwise. Parents of children who will be serviced ages 3 to 9 must stay in attendance with their child, no exceptions. The door will be locked for safety precautions, please call and remain in your car. I will meet you at the door. Feel free to ask questions, we're in this together.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment and or confirming an appointment.This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. All deposits paid will not go towards your following appointment, another deposit will be required in order to secure your spot. Also, if you fail to notify me in a 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged 30% for the service requested. If you do not confirm your appointment request and pay deposit in full, within 24 hrs from the date sent, your appointment will be canceled  and you will be notified. If you, for any reason, change your hairstyle and do not notify me of this change at least 48 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit and will be charged the full amount for the new style in which you would like. 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will not be allowed to book any future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your stylist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
